TERMS OF USE

1. These castles have an age limit of 12 years old. The Toddler bouncy castle only up to  3 years! Please ensure no-one over this age uses the equipment. No adults are to use this Inflatable, unless otherwise stated.
2. No party poppers, coloured streamers and silly string to be used either on or near the Inflatable. If the inflatable is returned in a dirty condition with sweetie wrappers, streamers, party decorations inside, then an instant $50 cleaning fee will apply.
3. No food or drink or chewing gum to be allowed on or near the Bouncy Castle which will avoid choking and mess .
4. All shoes, glasses, jewellery, badges must be removed before using the Inflatable.
5. No smoking or barbeques near the Inflatable.
6. Climbing, hanging or sitting on the walls is DANGEROUS and must not be allowed.
7. A responsible adult must supervise the inflatable at all times.
8. Always ensure that the Inflatable is not overcrowded, and limit numbers according to the age and size of people using it. Try to avoid large and small Children/Adults from using it at the same time.
9. Children are not pushing, colliding, fighting, or behaving in a manner likely to injure or cause distress to others.
10. No pets, toys or sharp instruments.
11. Ensure that no-one with history of back or neck problems is allowed on the Inflatable as indeed any child who is feeling unwell.
12. If the inflatable is not being used for part of the day, please switch the blower of at the mains.
13. Do not allow anyone to be on the Inflatable during inflation or deflation as this is DANGEROUS.
14. Ensure that an area of 3 feet (1 meter) around the unit is completely clear.
15. The blower MUST NOT be used or left out in the rain, as electricity is a hidden hazard and water can cause the blower to break. If water damage is found when blowers are returned, a $200 damage fee will be charged to the renter.
16. If the blower stops working, please ensure all users get off the Inflatable immediately. Check all power cables are in place and the fuses are ok. Make sure the blower tube or deflation tube has not come undone or something has not blown onto and is obstructing the blower. In the event that it overheats, or loses power, switch the blower off at the mains, then switch it back on again 2 or 3 minutes later, and it should restart. If it does not, inform us straight away. LATE RETURNS

If the rental equipment is returned late, a late fee will be charged to your booking card. Items returned over an hour after the agreed time will incur a $20 fee. Additional $20 will be added for every hour after this.

This is at the discretion of Bounce Taupo.  

CANCELLATIONS

25% Deposits are Non Refundable. However, if your rental is not possible due to bad weather you will not lose your deposit - you can put the deposit down to secure another date of your choice. If you decide to cancel your booking WITHOUT these reasons, then you will lose the value of your deposit. Should BounceTaupo need to cancel your booking for any reason (ie bad weather) you will be fully refunded of all deposit paid. 

DISCLAIMER

Please note that all persons using this Inflatable do so at their own risk. The person/s or organization hiring this Inflatable equipment will be responsible/liable for any damage or injury occurring from or as a result of misuse or reckless use. These guidelines are for safety of all people using this equipment, and it is the sole responsibility of the hirer to ensure they are fully adhered to at all times. 

Bounce Taupo cannot accept any responsibility for any injury caused to anyone using this equipment.

I have read the above agreement and fully understand and accept the conditions as above. I am aware that whilst in my care I am fully responsible for the Inflatable and will pay for any loss or damage that may occur, this will include the Inflatable being returned in an unacceptable condition.

I agree that the inflatable will be set up correctly as per the installation instructions, and if it is to be used outside stakes will be used. 

THE CASTLE MUST NOT BE SET UP IN EXTREME WIND CONDITIONS. IF THE WEATHER DOES NOT ALLOW FOR CASTLE USE, A FULL REFUND WILL BE PROVIDED.
