Rain
If it’s going to rain during your hire time, you have the option to change the date of your hire for another date (depending on availability). Your already paid deposit will be used to secure your future booking. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN!!
Wind
Castles MUST be properly tethered to the ground with the supplied stakes during your entire rental period. If the weather forecasts high winds for the duration of your rental, we remain the right to cancel your booking. You may rebook for another date of your choice. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN!!
We require you to sign an installation, usage and liability waiver before your rental period. This underlines all our proper installation instructions and usage guidelines.
