Our bouncy castles and slides are available for hire seven days a week, all year round, including holidays. (Yes, even Christmas!)

Yes! You can collect your castle yourself from our depot and drop it off at the end of your rental. We just ask that you set the castle up correctly, according to our installation guidelines. 

We do offer a full set up & pick up service for $55 each way within Taupo. If you’d like this service just flick us an email and we can add it to your booking afterwards)

Our hours of operation are strictly 9am and 5pm. Collections and drop offs must be made on these times, as staff do not remain at the building throughout the day.

It takes around 20mins to set up your bouncy castle. We provide you with full instructions on how to do this. 

Yes 100% of your booking fee is required on the day that you book your castle.

All of our castles are safe to have out in the rain, just give the bounce area a quick dry with a towel and carry on bouncing! However in the event of high wind gusts exceeding 25kph, a yellow or above weather warning we will have no choice but to cancel the booking.

For safety reasons, we cannot allow a hire to go ahead if there are high winds or heavy rain on the scheduled day.  We reserve the right to cancel your booking at any time.

Deposits are Non Refundable. However, if your rental is not possible due to bad weather (heavy rain or high winds) you will not lose your deposit – you can put the deposit down to secure another date of your choice, within 6 months of your actual booking date. If you decide to cancel your booking WITHOUT these reasons, then you will lose the value of your deposit. 

Bouncy castles and slides situated outdoors need to be on a reasonably flat grassy area (slight slopes are OK) so that they can be staked down. The area needs to be completely free of any sharp stones, objects, dog mess or excessive mud. If the castle is returned in a dirty, muddy (or dog poopy!) you will get charged for an extra cleaning fee.

The minimum space required can by found on each castle description.  Any overhanging trees and prickly bushes need to be pruned back. 

Yes, all our bouncy castles are suitable for children up to and including the age of 12. 

Our toddler bouncy castles are only suitable for up to 3 years of age!
